If Quentin Pitullich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quentin Pitullich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Oslo City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Pitullich came free, but Christian Lærum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Oslo City FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Christer Skjønberg hit a great ball. When Oslo City FC's Abraham Alnæs in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gavião Kyikatejê's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Quentin Pitullich reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Lærum. The goal made the score 2-0. After 46 played minutes Oslo City FC got a freekick which was hit by Jon-Inge Mauseth. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abraham Alnæs to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Oslo City FC's zone, Quentin Pitullich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Lærum came out of the goal and Quentin Pitullich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alnæs in the 64th minute of play forced Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Innes McWalter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Synnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Innes McWalter having to interfere. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bruce Carlyle hit a great ball. Christian Lærum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Pitullich in the 68th minute of play. When Declan McKail came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Gavião Kyikatejê fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Declan McKail couldn't finish the play. Declan McKail kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Christian Lærum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Pitullich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper Innes McWalter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kristian Evenstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The match ended in a win for Gavião Kyikatejê.
