An unexpectedly hard shot by Hardi Rahumets in the 17th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Matthew Jastrzembowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Hamburg Fighters got a corner. Harkujärve JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hamburg Fighters's Matthew Jastrzembowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvo Laaneoks in the 28th minute of play. In the 47th minute Tiit Kääpa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Jastrzembowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiit Kääpa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Harkujärve JK's goal looked a bit too open when Uri Eckardt came free, but Silver Saluste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Hamburg Fighters fans cheered their team off the field, for while Harkujärve JK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
