In the 15th match minute, Azytenai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaidas Bandza to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narūnas Vaičius during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joonatan Agu took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virginijus Andriuškevičius. Virginijus Andriuškevičius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 40th play minutes Kunnar Sõõrumaa shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Virginijus Andriuškevičius and just under the crossbar into goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joonatan Agu to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Muuga United booed when Azytenai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaidas Bandza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Kunnar Sõõrumaa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virginijus Andriuškevičius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Joonatan Agu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Virginijus Andriuškevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
