In the 2nd minute Janno Arumäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Andriuškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the match, Azytenai's goal looked a bit too open when Tiit Kääpa came free, but Virginijus Andriuškevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilis Kazakevičius during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emilis Kazakevičius kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Hardi Rahumets made a precise shot to the right of Virginijus Andriuškevičius. Azytenai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 12th minute, Tiit Kääpa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harkujärve JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Virginijus Andriuškevičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiit Kääpa went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Vaidas Bandza charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vaidas Bandza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Azytenai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arūnas Česnauskis to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Harkujärve JK's Janno Arumäe fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Azytenai's Arūnas Česnauskis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Arūnas Česnauskis struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Silver Saluste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azytenai. Silver Saluste came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Azytenai's Narūnas Vaičius. But to his dismay, Narūnas Vaičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiit Kääpa to make the kick off. Narūnas Vaičius kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. During the 62nd minute of the match Vaidas Bandza completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vaidas Bandza a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 63rd minute, Vaidas Bandza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virginijus Andriuškevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hardi Rahumets, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Arvo Laaneoks charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvo Laaneoks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arvo Laaneoks hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Tiit Kääpa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virginijus Andriuškevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narūnas Vaičius kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Benjaminas Navardauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Janno Arumäe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Azytenai's goal looked a bit too open when Hardi Rahumets came free, but Virginijus Andriuškevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Harkujärve JK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Azytenai throughout the match.
