Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fadil Buna started the match with the kick off. The supporters of UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz booed when Floriana Celtics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Cassar Overend didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vangjush Noka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Jason Haber made a huge save. In the 5th minute of the match UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz got a corner. Floriana Celtics's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jashar Kalia ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's Jashar Kalia to fire away a dangerous shot which Jason Haber despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Brian Urpani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's Menduh Tupa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brian Urpani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Menduh Tupa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brian Urpani in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Menduh Tupa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fadil Buna who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Jason Haber when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brian Urpani in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Menduh Tupa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fadil Buna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brian Urpani took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menduh Tupa. Menduh Tupa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Urpani in the 30th minute of play forced UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's goalkeeper Menduh Tupa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Brian Urpani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's Menduh Tupa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jason Haber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadil Buna, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fadil Buna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jason Haber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Urpani's late challenge caught a UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brian Urpani helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Floriana Celtics got a freekick which was hit by Brian Urpani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadil Buna in the 45th minute of play forced Floriana Celtics's goalkeeper Jason Haber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fadil Bunas short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Jason Haber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Floriana Celtics were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brian Urpani was the one to do the kick off. Brian Urpani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Menduh Tupa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The long shot by Antonio Laudi in the 52nd minute really tested Menduh Tupa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Floriana Celtics's goalkeeper Jason Haber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brian Urpani hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Altin Lika fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's protests and gave Altin Lika a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd match minute, UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altin Lika to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Brian Urpani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Beqir Lamçja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner was taken by Oliver Manduca in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Fadil Buna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jason Haber was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz's Menduh Tupa got control of the ball when Gregory Boffa tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadil Buna in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jason Haber saved Floriana Celtics from getting behind. In the 90th minute Fadil Buna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Haber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vangjush Noka struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jason Haber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UnikKatiL Bloody Alboz.
