The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Claudio Reggianini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the game, Kristjan Asllani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armin Bondi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lisandër Korabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Mazzocchetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Aurelio De Marchi struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Lisandër Korabi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA Lord Perez. After 19 played minutes AC Milan got a freekick which was hit by Kristjan Asllani. Lisandër Korabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Piccinini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zef Veliaj in the 23rd minute of play forced LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper Armin Bondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of LA Lord Perez booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nafiz Bytyçi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Aurelio De Marchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandër Korabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, LA Lord Perez's Ettore Mazzocchetti made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lisandër Korabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ettore Mazzocchetti's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lisandër Korabi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kristjan Asllani kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LA Lord Perez's Corrado Di Blasio got a free kick in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the AC Milan defense, Ettore Mazzocchetti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandër Korabi. The AC Milan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandër Korabi should have stopped the shot. Lisandër Korabi made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ettore Mazzocchetti sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio De Marchi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Zef Veliaj managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Zef Veliaj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armin Bondi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, AC Milan's Miço Latifllari got a free kick in the 59th minute. The supporters of AC Milan booed when LA Lord Perez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Piccinini didn't get a good kick on the ball.
