Spyros Tsatsaronakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Telis Kousouridis made a huge save. Telis Kousouridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentinos Vrisimitzakis in the 29th minute of play. Kostas Voulgarakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Themos Batiropoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes, Mouskhiσnas's Antonis Pikilidis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Themos Batiropoulos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mouskhiσnas reached it. Savas Spetzos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, GREEK ARMY's Spyros Tsatsaronakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. A collision led to Mouskhiσnas getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nikolas Kavafis hit a great ball.
Savas Spetzos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Themos Batiropoulos made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stamatis Zindros in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Telis Kousouridis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the game, Spyros Tsatsaronakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Telis Kousouridis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stamatis Zindros scored 4-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Telis Kousouridis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Savas Spetzos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Themos Batiropoulos. GREEK ARMY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Savas Spetzos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 82nd match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stamatis Zindros to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Mouskhiσnas's goal looked a bit too open when Juraj Bartoš came free, but Telis Kousouridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telis Kousouridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spyros Tsatsaronakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Mouskhiσnas's Savas Spetzos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Themos Batiropoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. GREEK ARMY's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
