Alex Pallini might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kevan Grange. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Pallini ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Les diables noirs booed when A.S. Trastevere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gergin Muchanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Enrico De Grandis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevan Grange was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Wilfried Lépinay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander La Penna having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Enrico De Grandis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevan Grange was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Alex Pallini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Kevan Grange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Gustave Pierrel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexander La Penna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Yves Paturel in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of A.S. Trastevere booed when Les diables noirs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey Weill didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrico De Grandis in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevan Grange saved Les diables noirs from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gergin Muchanov got free with Kevan Grange in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alex Pallini scored 0-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevan Grange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Les diables noirs defense, Enrico De Grandis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kevan Grange. The Les diables noirs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kevan Grange should have stopped the shot. When Wilfried Lépinay fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les diables noirs's protests and gave Wilfried Lépinay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Wilfried Lépinay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Les diables noirs:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A.S. Trastevere:s goal. When the final whistle sounded A.S. Trastevere left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Les diables noirs.
