The audience was convinced that Cosimo Epifani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giorgos Nifitsas was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Emanuele Cosi hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. CLC Winter's Arrigo Righi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Dogramadzhiev in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of CLC Winter booed when TZITZIFIES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trifon Chalkias didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolis Stergiotis in the 59th minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Arrigo Righi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgos Nifitsas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Epifani in the 63rd minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Vlassis Prattis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TZITZIFIES and the CLC Winter players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, TZITZIFIES's Vlassis Prattis got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Emanuele Cosi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TZITZIFIES's Giorgos Nifitsas didn't even have to move. In the 81st minute Cosimo Epifani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Nifitsas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, TZITZIFIES's goalkeeper Giorgos Nifitsas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosimo Epifani. Arrigo Righi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Dogramadzhiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 94th minute, CLC Winter's Cosimo Epifani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. When the final whistle sounded CLC Winter left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TZITZIFIES.
