Tord Waller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcel Singer's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Joachim Migne's late challenge caught a Le Stade Briochin UC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joachim Migne helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Tours Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Migne to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gaël Rats came free, but Vlad Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Le Stade Briochin UC's zone, Marcel Singer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tord Waller came out of the goal and Marcel Singer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radomil Cymbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Singer's late challenge caught a Le Stade Briochin UC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Daniel Santi kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Le Stade Briochin UC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jérôme Mure to maneuver through the defense. Joachim Migne hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Vlad Joldea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Amadieu in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Tours Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Santi to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Toulet kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Le Stade Briochin UC's Ferdinand Brin was substituted for Kylian Fortune. Ferdinand Brin made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fabien Kac immediately put the ball in play. The audience was convinced that Marcel Singer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tord Waller was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Tord Waller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Rault in the 82nd minute of the match. Vlad Joldea came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Baptiste Demestre. But to his dismay, Baptiste Demestre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Marcel Singer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tours Football Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
