In the 25th minute Alcides Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juanito Cortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Fontoura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veremundo Lorenzo in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alcides Valadares in the 33rd minute of play forced Tagamanent CD's goalkeeper Juanito Cortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Silvestre Salazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dezassete and the Tagamanent CD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvestre Salazar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Salazar to maneuver through the defense. Celestino Martinez came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isidoro Fontoura could save by the left post.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celestino Martinez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, FC Dezassete's Alcides Valadares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Juanito Cortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alcides Valadares in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Tagamanent CD's goal looked a bit too open when Alcides Valadares came free, but Juanito Cortes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juanito Cortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alcides Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Segundo Ribas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tagamanent CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Dezassete the free kick. 72 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's Alcides Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juanito Cortes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 97th minute Veremundo Lorenzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Fontoura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Dezassete's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
