The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemencin Castelao during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sporting Clube de Gaya booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Real Llull de Reus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Clube de Gaya the free kick. The supporters of Sporting Clube de Gaya booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polo Bouzas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Llull de Reus's Aarón Domingo got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Real Llull de Reus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlo Puyol to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Sporting Clube de Gaya were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cai Espinosa made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Sporting Clube de Gaya getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Vítor Damas hit a great ball. Renato Vargas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Antón went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute Raul Antón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Real Llull de Reus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlo Puyol to maneuver through the defense.
