Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Ferdi Reis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Nimród Vadász fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vérsárkány SE's protests and gave Nimród Vadász a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Nimród Vadász hit a great ball. József Bozsik came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Springplank FC's Ferdi Reis. But to his dismay, Ferdi Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sunday Oliseh in the 6th minute of play forced Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper József Bozsik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, Springplank FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdi Reis to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th match minute, Springplank FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niels-Jan Drok to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Jari Litmanen made a precise shot to the right of József Bozsik. Vérsárkány SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sunday Oliseh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. József Bozsik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim Kamps made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Gerő in the 24th minute of play. Máté Vargha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Kamps having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Nimród Vadász hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Jari Litmanen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. József Bozsik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 36 minutes, Roland Titkos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vérsárkány SE and the Springplank FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roland Titkos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. József Bozsik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Litmanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half Springplank FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Máté Vargha to make the kick off. Ferdi Reis hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the game, Álmos Sárkány was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vérsárkány SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Springplank FC the free kick. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Álmos Sárkány hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper József Bozsik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdi Reis. In the 56th minute, Sunday Oliseh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Springplank FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Bendegúz Oroszlán kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Jari Litmanen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. József Bozsik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69 played minutes Springplank FC got a freekick which was hit by Abdelhak Nouri. The crowd rose to their feet as Jari Litmanen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving József Bozsik. That made the score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. When Sunday Oliseh came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Springplank FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sunday Oliseh couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute Freek Reitsema shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but József Bozsik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sunday Oliseh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freek Reitsema in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck József Bozsik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Freek Reitsema got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Jari Litmanen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of József Bozsik, 0-7. Jari Litmanen struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. József Bozsik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Springplank FC. Freek Reitsema recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Ferdi Reis notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik. József Bozsik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Springplank FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vérsárkány SE throughout the match.
