Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Fred Lara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th match minute, LeRoeulx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth De Raeijmaeker to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Lara came free, but Martial Bormans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Ziya Cerit in the 9th minute of play. After some careless play in the LeRoeulx defense, Yusuf Ziya Cerit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martial Bormans. The LeRoeulx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martial Bormans should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute of the match Elias Verdonk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but La Para skillfully saved the ball. Fred Lara scored 0-3 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martial Bormans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, Yusuf Ziya Cerit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martial Bormans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Claude Persoons hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Martial Bormans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Ziya Cerit, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes, Jack Saunders made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Martial Bormans came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Fred Lara. But to his dismay, Fred Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. A collision led to FC Lugano getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Fred Lara hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Fred Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martial Bormans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Martial Bormans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Fred Lara sped through LeRoeulx's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martial Bormans. LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Saunders in the 45th minute of play.

A hard shot 56 in the game by Fred Lara from a close distance when the talented Martial Bormans managed to make a qualified save. LeRoeulx's players were relieved. The FC Lugano fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when FC Lugano's Jack Saunders looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-12 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 65th minute, Jabbar De Roeulx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Lugano made a substitution. Klas Tingelholm replaced Nereo Precioso. 68 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Saunders came free, but Martial Bormans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Yusuf Ziya Cerit's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martial Bormans was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 81 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goalkeeper Martial Bormans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yusuf Ziya Cerit. After 82 minutes of play, FC Lugano's Jack Saunders made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martial Bormans was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Fred Lara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martial Bormans, 0-15. Martial Bormans came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Fred Lara. But to his dismay, Fred Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. After having played for 90 minutes, Yusuf Ziya Cerit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lugano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yusuf Ziya Cerit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martial Bormans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Ziya Cerit in the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rik Winnepennincks hit a great ball. The LeRoeulx fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Lugano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
