Thorsten Ternes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Van de Wal in the 15th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Guust Bauwens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Haase. Bernard Van de Wal struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Thorsten Ternes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fox Hunting Squad. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Eckstein in the 28th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Guust Bauwens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tjorven Van Achter during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Tjorven Van Achter got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Jan Haase could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Guust Bauwens however easily saved by the left post. The shot was stopped by Guust Bauwens but with some difficulty. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan Haase made a kick off. Roland Schachner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guust Bauwens having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Jan Haase notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fox Hunting Squad's Guust Bauwens. Guust Bauwens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patric Rudersdorfer in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guust Bauwens saved Fox Hunting Squad from getting behind. 60 minutes into the game, Thomas Zielinski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fox Hunting Squad's Timothy Voorhof quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of International Thunders booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tjorven Van Achter didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 64th minute of the match Tjorven Van Achter completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tjorven Van Achter a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Fox Hunting Squad's Guust Bauwens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Haase in the 73rd minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, International Thunders's Jan Haase made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guust Bauwens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomas Zielinski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, International Thunders's Benjamin Eckstein got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Roland Schachner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The International Thunders fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Benjamin Eckstein scored 5-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guust Bauwens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Haase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guust Bauwens having to interfere. Fox Hunting Squad's Guust Bauwens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Rudersdorfer in the 93rd minute of play. Guust Bauwens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Haase in the 94th minute of play. Jan Haase took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guust Bauwens. Guust Bauwens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. International Thunders fully deserved thier win.
