The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13th minute, Mátyás Tábori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Endre Kocsis hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as VN BAKITO's Milan Karaleev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Viktor Tolnai. That made the score 1-1 after 21 minutes of play. VN BAKITO's Stavri Minovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Weszely in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling György Weszely in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stavri Minovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th match minute, VN BAKITO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stoyne Derlipanski to maneuver through the defense. Norbert Fenyvesi scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stavri Minovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Milan Karaleev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viktor Tolnai. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 39th minute, Szilárd Virágh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuil Rokanov to make the kick off. Velizar Yavrichev charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Velizar Yavrichev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes VN BAKITO got a freekick which was hit by Velizar Yavrichev. Milan Karaleev kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Valencia CF Mindszent's Szabolcs Sinka got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Valencia CF Mindszent defense, Prokopi Zerinov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktor Tolnai. The Valencia CF Mindszent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktor Tolnai should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when VN BAKITO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milan Karaleev didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by György Weszely in the 97th minute of play forced VN BAKITO's goalkeeper Stavri Minovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Valencia CF Mindszent players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VN BAKITO.
