FC Ruh Lviv's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domonkos Kelemen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 48th minute Szabolcs Czene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Trubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Myroslav Akymenko was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Szabolcs Czene managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Henter Somosd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szabolcs Czene was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, István Fülöp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Ruh Lviv's Orest Maklakov got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Valentyn Lysogir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Ruh Lviv getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Yarema Rybka hit a great ball. FC Ruh Lviv's Yarema Rybka got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Szabolcs Czene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Trubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes FC Ruh Lviv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dániel Fenyvessy who took care of the corner kick. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Szabolcs Czene got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The FC Henter Somosd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Henter Somosd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
