Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Gerald Vanenburg got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Naci Ünüvar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Theijs in the 5th minute of play. If Vincent Theijs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Geetsvondel² fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Geetsvondel²'s Cedrik Goossens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the S.C. Potentia defense, Jan-Joost Van de Plas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naci Ünüvar. The S.C. Potentia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naci Ünüvar should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Jan-Joost Van de Plas put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Naci Ünüvar. In the 26th match minute, S.C. Potentia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo van Persie to maneuver through the defense. Naci Ünüvar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cedrik Goossens went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Naci Ünüvar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Gyselinck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bobby Gyselinck got in the 34th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Naci Ünüvar handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. S.C. Potentia's Naci Ünüvar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Theijs in the 36th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Bobby Gyselinck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C. Potentia's Naci Ünüvar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Geetsvondel²'s Vincent Theijs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Naci Ünüvar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Joost Van de Plas to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goalkeeper Naci Ünüvar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Joost Van de Plas. With a little luck, S.C. Potentia's Naci Ünüvar got control of the ball when Vincent Theijs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hans Jochemsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naci Ünüvar made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Jan-Joost Van de Plas sent off a good shot on target. Jan-Joost Van de Plas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Naci Ünüvar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 63rd minute of the game, Jan-Joost Van de Plas landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Gerald Vanenburg charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerald Vanenburg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to S.C. Potentia getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gerald Vanenburg hit a great ball. Naci Ünüvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannes Steenbecks in the 65th minute of the match. Timo van Persie hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Ludwig Van Gestelt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Naci Ünüvar made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Vincent Theijs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naci Ünüvar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naci Ünüvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daan Roeckeloes in the 74th minute of the match. Naci Ünüvar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Theijs, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Naci Ünüvar was a little too slow when Vincent Theijs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-6. 80 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s Bobby Gyselinck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naci Ünüvar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vincent Theijs did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Naci Ünüvar 83 minutes into the match. Bobby Gyselinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daan Roeckeloes in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Naci Ünüvar saved S.C. Potentia from getting behind. Daan Roeckeloes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Naci Ünüvar made a huge save. The Geetsvondel² fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Geetsvondel²'s Daan Roeckeloes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 96th minute, Geetsvondel²'s Cedrik Goossens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Naci Ünüvar. Naci Ünüvar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. The S.C. Potentia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Geetsvondel² were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
