Ctibor Vrána charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ctibor Vrána the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Dalecký scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anatoliy Strakhovskyi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andriy Gryshko's late challenge caught a Golden Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus FC's goalkeeper Anatoliy Strakhovskyi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Mykyta Komar came free, but Pavel Hurník reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Dalecký fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anatoliy Strakhovskyi having to interfere. Jan Dalecký's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anatoliy Strakhovskyi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan Dalecký was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Juventus FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rafael Panuška was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Tigers's players had a chance to rest. Pavel Hurník showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruslan Maxymyuk in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dalecký came free, but Anatoliy Strakhovskyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tymofiy Gordyas short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Pavel Hurník to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tymofiy Gordya did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Pavel Hurník 64 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mykyta Komar during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anatoliy Strakhovskyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Dalecký, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 85th minute, Juventus FC's Ruslan Maxymyuk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Anatoliy Strakhovskyi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Dalecký's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. After 96 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslav Tran. Golden Tigers walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
