Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mark Proskurin started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Arsenal F.C.'s Valentin Alekseenko got control of the ball when Jouke Jacobs tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 6 minutes, Jasper Staarman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Pelgrims and the Arsenal F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes De Pelgrims got a freekick which was hit by Jasper Staarman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny van den Hoogen in the 9th minute of play forced Arsenal F.C.'s goalkeeper Valentin Alekseenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordi Meijer charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordi Meijer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Arsenal F.C. booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordi Meijer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenal F.C.'s Viktor Bityagovskiy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for De Pelgrims. Jordi Meijer hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Viktor Bityagovskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Bityagovskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergey Azbukin in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurens Oosterman saved De Pelgrims from getting behind. Valentin Alekseenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny van den Hoogen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Laurens Oosterman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolay Usachev in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Artem Melnikov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Artem Melnikov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurens Oosterman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Alekseenko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jouke Jacobs in the 45th minute. Nikolay Usachev hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jouke Jacobs was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Arsenal F.C.'s Nikolay Usachev got a free kick in the 50th minute. 51 minutes into the match, Koos Keupink notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Arsenal F.C.'s Valentin Alekseenko. Valentin Alekseenko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mark Proskurin got free with Laurens Oosterman in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Artem Melnikov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laurens Oosterman. That made the score 1-1 in the 58 minute of play. Valentin Alekseenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny van den Hoogen, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Laurens Oosterman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artem Melnikov in the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Nikolay Usachev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nikolay Usachev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurens Oosterman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mickael Achterberg fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Pelgrims's protests and gave Mickael Achterberg a yellow card for diving instead. 78 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jouke Jacobs came free, but Valentin Alekseenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurens Oosterman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artem Melnikov in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Arsenal F.C. booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jouke Jacobs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Klasen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Arsenal F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Vladislav Burov hit a great ball. Yakov Romanov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Laurens Oosterman made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Yakov Romanov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laurens Oosterman. That made the score 1-2 in the 94 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arsenal F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
