But to his dismay, Gennadiy Fadeev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 27th minute, Курск ФК's Nikita Bessonov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ferdinand Serneels. Ferdinand Serneels yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 32nd minute, Yannis Vercalsteren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to The Original Wonderteam getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Yannis Vercalsteren hit a great ball. With a little luck, The Original Wonderteam's Ferdinand Serneels got control of the ball when Arseniy Lukinov tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the The Original Wonderteam defense, Rustam Polezhaev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdinand Serneels. The The Original Wonderteam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinand Serneels should have stopped the shot.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Gennadiy Fadeev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Original Wonderteam's Ferdinand Serneels was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Nikita Bessonov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, The Original Wonderteam's goal looked a bit too open when Nikita Bessonov came free, but Ferdinand Serneels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Polyakov in the 60th minute of play forced The Original Wonderteam's goalkeeper Ferdinand Serneels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
