After a rather tough play, Grêmio Papão de WC's Clóvis Alves got a free kick in the 5th minute. Norberto Quadros took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umberto França. Umberto França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 18th minute, Clóvis Faria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio Papão de WC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Umberto França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Barros in the 22nd minute of play. Horácio Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horácio Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Horácio Prestes hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Juarês Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umberto França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clóvis Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clóvis Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Umberto França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Norberto Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umberto França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Grêmio Papão de WC's Alberto Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Kauã Silva got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Norberto Quadros made a precise shot to the right of Umberto França. Caskinha Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Alagoano to strike the kick off in the second half. Umberto França made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Clóvis Faria sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Alberto Barros could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Umberto França however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Papão de WC's Wilton Monteiro got a free kick in the 60th minute. Eduardo Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grêmio Papão de WC's Hílton Prata was substituted for Clóvis Faria. Grêmio Papão de WC's Renato Netto was substituted for Alberto Barros. 66 minutes into the match, Renato Netto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Umberto França, 0-6. Delfim Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Caskinha Esporte Clube's zone, Hílton Prata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Umberto França came out of the goal and Hílton Prata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the game, Grêmio Papão de WC's Hílton Prata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Vinhas in the 89th minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Norberto Quadros got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-10. 90 minutes into the match. Hílton Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto França having to interfere.
