Luís Eduardo Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tan Açıkel having to interfere. Luís Eduardo Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Camaçari Futbol Club's Tan Açıkel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Reis in the 24th minute of play. Joélson Nogueira hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Reis in the 29th minute of play forced Real Camaçari Futbol Club's goalkeeper Tan Açıkel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tan Açıkel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Eduardo Reis's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When Luís Eduardo Reis came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Motta Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Eduardo Reis couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Pachistre to strike the kick off in the second half. Motta Futebol Clube's Ronaldinho Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Pachistre in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Real Camaçari Futbol Club's goalkeeper Tan Açıkel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Eduardo Reis. Tan Açıkel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Tavares in the 95th minute of play. Tan Açıkel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diogo Tavares went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The Motta Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Motta Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
