Severino Alvarenga charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severino Alvarenga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abel Ferreira got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Estevao Gøl. Eliézer Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Duarte having to interfere. In the 12thth minute of the game Oscar Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Nelsinho Meira came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Pindorama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nelsinho Meira couldn't finish the play. In the 21st match minute, Pindorama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Travassos to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Pindorama defense, Oscar Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hortêncio Duarte. The Pindorama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hortêncio Duarte should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute Conrado Qwinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrício Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th match minute, PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. When Oscar Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Amorim couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Abel Ferreira in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pindorama's Guilherme Duarte. 46 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Meira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fabrício Hoffmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a little luck, PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Fabrício Hoffmann got control of the ball when Nelsinho Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hortêncio Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Amorim in the 74th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Pindorama's goal looked a bit too open when Endrick Madrid came free, but Hortêncio Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benjamin Travassos fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pindorama's protests and gave Benjamin Travassos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Benjamin Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felippe Leite hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
