In the 3rd minute, Leonardo Capixaba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doni Meirelles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Umbrella Corporation's Dino Fernandez got control of the ball when Manfredo Reis tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Fernandes in the 6th minute of play forced ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goalkeeper Doni Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Benedito Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doni Meirelles was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Umbrella Corporation's goalkeeper Dino Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manfredo Reis. 27 minutes into the game, Vítor Teles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dino Fernandez. In the 31st minute Ian Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Meirelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Umbrella Corporation was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Doni Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Doni Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Fernandes in the 40th minute of play. Umbrella Corporation were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ian Gonçalves took the corner. In the 43rdth minute of the game Ezequiel Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Doni Meirelles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dino Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manfredo Reis in the 44th minute. Ezequiel Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Fernandes to make the kick off. The referee ignored Umbrella Corporation's protests and gave Rômulo Freire a yellow card for diving instead. Dino Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfredo Reis went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ezequiel Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Doni Meirelles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rômulo Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Vítor Teles took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Fernandez. Dino Fernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. A collision led to Umbrella Corporation getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ezequiel Fernandes hit a great ball. Vítor Teles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dino Fernandez having to make a save. Dino Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Umbrella Corporation's zone, Manfredo Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Fernandez came out of the goal and Manfredo Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽ had won after a very even match.
