Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rogério Neves started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Wilian Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geraldo Schmidt scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enéas Arantes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes in the game Anderson Machado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Geraldo Schmidt. In the 9th minute, Eliseu Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Iuri Rodrigues with Yan Teixeira as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 14 minutes into the match, Resplendor's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Schmidt came free, but Enéas Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Geraldo Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Horácio Aguiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Enéas Arantes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 20 minutes of play, October 04's Geraldo Schmidt made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enéas Arantes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Horácio Aguiar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enéas Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Geraldo Schmidt scored 0-6 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enéas Arantes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 minutes, Rogério Neves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Resplendor and the October 04 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Rogério Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Resplendor defense, Geraldo Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enéas Arantes. The Resplendor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enéas Arantes should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Geraldo Schmidt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enéas Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. A collision led to Resplendor getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eliseu Aguiar hit a great ball. Geraldo Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Arantes having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geraldo Schmidt to make the kick off. Enéas Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enéas Arantes was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Geraldo Schmidt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geraldo Schmidt really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Aguiar in the 65th minute of play forced Resplendor's goalkeeper Enéas Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Resplendor's goalkeeper Enéas Arantes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geraldo Schmidt. Enéas Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustão dos Santos in the 73rd minute. During the 73rd minute of the match Rogério Neves completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rogério Neves a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rogério Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Enéas Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Faustão dos Santos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Enéas Arantes. The goal made the score 0-12. Faustão dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Enéas Arantes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for October 04. Horácio Aguiar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enéas Arantes came out and tried to block the shot, but Horácio Aguiar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 85th minute. Enéas Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão dos Santos in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as October 04's Horácio Aguiar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enéas Arantes. That made the score 0-14 after 91 minutes of play. Eliseu Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Durvalino Albuquerque was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Wilian Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over October 04 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Resplendor throughout the match.
