Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Grêmio Bulls's Marcel Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson Messias in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Rockets got a freekick which was hit by Raí da Silveira. When Cláudio Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Grêmio Bulls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Moraes couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the game, Grêmio Bulls's Washington Bezerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Mazza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Rockets's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Bezerra came free, but Benjamin Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Rockets's Benjamin Mazza got control of the ball when Washington Bezerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Moraes in the 22nd minute of play forced Rockets's goalkeeper Benjamin Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Washington Bezerra in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes of play, Rockets's Róbson Messias made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Jacinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvério Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Tales de Carvalho, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gilberto Severo in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benjamin Mazza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Benjamin Mazza came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio Bulls's Washington Bezerra. But to his dismay, Washington Bezerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 43rd match minute, Grêmio Bulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Recife to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murillo Penha during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Murillo Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Tales de Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcel Jacinto having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Severo to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Marcel Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Róbson Messias. A collision led to Rockets getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Raí da Silveira hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Washington Bezerra in the 60th minute of play forced Rockets's goalkeeper Benjamin Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th match minute, Rockets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Terra to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Andrézinho Gomes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Mazza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cláudio Moraes scored 3-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Mazza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Cláudio Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio Bulls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 69 minutes into the game, Washington Bezerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Benjamin Mazza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Bezerra in the 71st minute of play. In the 88th minute Washington Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Severo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Grêmio Bulls's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
