Aloísio Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dito Zanette in the 9th minute. Tiago Gabriel Luz scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiago Gabriel Luz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Giuseppe Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Canarinho Atordoado booed when Zebus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aloísio Pirani was a little too slow when Henri Martins got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 33rd minute Giuseppe Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Dida Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Canarinho Atordoado booed when Zebus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Canarinho Atordoado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Neves to maneuver through the defense. Canarinho Atordoado's Egídio Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dida Coelho in the 45th minute of play. Henri Martins scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henri Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Zebus FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Vivaldo Viana hit a great ball. Luiz Guilherme do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Cafu Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Henri Martins made a precise shot to the right of Aloísio Pirani. Zebus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Zebus FC's Aloísio Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henri Martins in the 74th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Henri Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canarinho Atordoado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Vivaldo Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Luiz Guilherme do Nascimento hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Dida Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aloísio Pirani had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Benedito Baiano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 88th minute Tiago Gabriel Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Guilherme do Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Aloísio Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canarinho Atordoado. After a rather tough play, Zebus FC's Giuseppe Godoi got a free kick in the 94th minute. There was no doubt that Canarinho Atordoado were the better team. Canarinho Atordoado's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
