Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Célio Leme got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute Luís Henrique shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Luiz Pitta got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Carlos Augusto Secco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armandinho Medeiros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Zandarin FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Carlos Augusto Secco hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes, América-SC F.C.'s Luizinho Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedrinho Severo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in América-SC F.C. reached it. If Walmir Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Henrique in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrinho Severo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Luiz Pitta got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 33rd minute, Dorival da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walmir Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Pedrinho Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Henrique, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Henrique received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pedrinho Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Henrique in the 42nd minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Melo in the 44th minute of play. Pedrinho Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Henrique made a kick off. Zandarin FC's Walmir Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Célio Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frederico Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pedrinho Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. América-SC F.C.'s Washington Bezerra was substituted for Horácio Carvalho. América-SC F.C.'s Armandinho Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Schmidt in the 73rd minute of play. Pedrinho Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Henrique, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Luís Henrique kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, América-SC F.C.'s Otávio Medeiros got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded América-SC F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zandarin FC.
