Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) 3 minutes into the game, Délio Lima recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rui Varela. Délio Lima showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Rui Varela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rui Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Délio Lima in the 9th minute. Cláudio Marques struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Rui Varela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.Salgado F.C.. Rui Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabinho Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Délio Lima did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Rui Varela 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela got control of the ball when Délio Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rui Varela was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Cauã dos Santos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cauã dos Santos really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After a rather tough play, F.Salgado F.C.'s Edmílson Mattos got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Délio Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute of the match, Délio Lima got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rui Varela was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Délio Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Rui Varela made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Délio Lima. The supporters of Grêmio FBPA booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Délio Lima was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Celso Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã dos Santos in the 56th minute of play. Rui Varela came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by F.Salgado F.C.'s Cauã dos Santos. But to his dismay, Cauã dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Rui Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Marques in the 61st minute of play. Dudu Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Celso Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio FBPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After 70 played minutes F.Salgado F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Marques. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Délio Lima sped through Grêmio FBPA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rui Varela. Rui Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauã dos Santos in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Enrique Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã dos Santos came free, but Rui Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Cauã dos Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Rui Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Marques in the 90th minute of play. After 91 played minutes F.Salgado F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Mattos. Pedro Augusto Ceresso hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the F.Salgado F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
