Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jarbas Pombal kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Reko-Recko 03™'s zone, Pinto Gigante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmir Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Pombal in the 31st minute of the match. After 39 played minutes Primatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Fantini. Giuseppe de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Jarbas Pombal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Walmir Leal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. In the 86th minute Silvério Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Pires in the 94th minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Reko-Recko 03™ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
