Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adilson Meira in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Richard Luz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the last second Richard Luz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Paulo Renato Marinho in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 10th minute of the match, Adilson Meira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Richard Luz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 12 minutes into the game, Zézinho Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Richard Luz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute, João Vítor da Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futbol Club RRFV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Richard Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor da Silveira in the 18th minute of play. Richard Luz made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Paulo Renato Marinho sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute Adilson Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Futbol Club RRFV's Adilson Meira in 27 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Richard Luz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Richard Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Edson Futebol Clube's Orlando Almeida got a free kick in the 34th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Futbol Club RRFV's Felipe Leme tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Richard Luz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Vítor da Silveira. In the 44th minute, João Vítor da Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adilson Meira in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Luz saved Edson Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 54th minute, Juvenal Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Meira came free, but Richard Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Vítor da Silveira's late challenge caught a Edson Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Renato Marinho in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Eusébio Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Meira. Dorival do Vale scored 4-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Luz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Richard Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Meira in the 77th minute of the match. Richard Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adilson Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juvenal Jacinto in the 82nd minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusébio Godoi. João Vítor da Silveira hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Juvenal Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edson Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Renato Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Paulo Renato Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Futbol Club RRFV fully deserved thier win.
