Sílvio Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélio Quadros's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Hélio Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sílvio Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hélio Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head. Betinho Falcão did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Sílvio Penha 60 minutes into the match. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Uriel Porfirio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Betinho Falcão looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sílvio Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Porfirio, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Zemantauskas FC's zone, Uriel Porfirio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sílvio Penha came out of the goal and Uriel Porfirio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute Eriberto Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acácio Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Eriberto Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร the free kick. When Hélio Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélio Quadros couldn't finish the play. Acácio Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eriberto Gomes went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Sílvio Penha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beraldo Arboleda in the 90th minute. Eriberto Gomes got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.
