After 56 minutes of play F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Lars Ivarsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lars Ivarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Pedro Paulo Salles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Navarro Montoya. Carmo De Kiev's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Abraão came free, but Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, F.C. Carmo De Kiev was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aílton Cearense to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Mangueira. Isaltino Cruz's late challenge caught a Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmo De Kiev booed when Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
