After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Domingues to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Tiago Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breguete FC's Jefferson Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto Mandrak in the 57th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Nathan Fernandes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Breguete FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus EC the free kick. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. After 67 minutes of play, Breguete FC's Benjamim Rezende made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateus de Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute, Benjamim Rezende reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mateus de Senna. The goal made the score 1-3. The Breguete FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Breguete FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
