The audience thought a goal was coming when Cauan Miranda got free with Paulo Renato Donatello in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind MALAIA FDFDF's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Donatello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leopoldo Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Monteiro having to interfere. Manfredo Vinhas's late challenge caught a MALAIA FDFDF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manfredo Vinhas helped the player get up and apologised. Paulo Renato Donatello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cauan Miranda went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dito Sousa scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte Monteiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paulo Renato Donatello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Santos went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Adelino de Moraes lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lógica FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Paulo Renato Donatello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cauan Miranda's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauan Miranda during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lógica FC's Cauan Miranda got a free kick in the 35th minute. Cauan Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Cauan Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Antunes to make the kick off.
