Gildo Corrêa might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Loyola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gildo Corrêa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the last second Eliseu Negri throw himself and got hold of the ball when Caio Ceresso in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Evaristo Guimarães hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
