Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonardo Trancoso kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Corrêa. After 8 played minutes Milanis E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Custódio. 10 minutes into the game, Chivu Quintana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Magno Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chivu Quintana hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Zé Augusto Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moisés Lima in the 17th minute of play forced Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Magno Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leonardo Trancoso came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Milanis E.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Trancoso couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Remedios SC's Jean dos Santos got control of the ball when Ronaldão Mazza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chivu Quintana in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magno Braga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jean dos Santos made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Leonardo Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. After 45 minutes of play Remedios SC's Chivu Quintana was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Chivu Quintana hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Augusto Sena made a kick off. Amílton Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Moisés Lima. In the 68th minute, Zé Augusto Sena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Magno Braga. The goal made the score 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Augusto das Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milanis E.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto das Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Remedios SC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Amílton Sergipano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Remedios SC's Zé Augusto Sena got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Amílton Sergipano fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Remedios SC's protests and gave Amílton Sergipano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Remedios SC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Amílton Sergipano hit a great ball. Moisés Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Moisés Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Braga having to interfere. Jean dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magno Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Sena in the 94th minute of play. The Remedios SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
