Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lauro Torres started the match with the kick off. Marcelo Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Lain, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perivaldo Dantas in the 6th minute of play forced Atlético Minuano's goalkeeper Marcelo Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Linares was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Perivaldo Dantas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The supporters of Atlético Minuano booed when Braga Junior FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Moscardó didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 93rd minute, Emilio Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Braga Junior FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Braga Junior FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
