When Ricardo Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HollywooDogs's protests and gave Ricardo Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Ricardo Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Senna struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Pedrão Sarmento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HollywooDogs. Flávio Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Sidnei Xavier was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Luiz Fernando Motta put in a rough tackle. A collision led to HollywooDogs getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Motta hit a great ball. In the 13th minute of the match Cauan Marinho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vânderson Nogueira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 15 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Gómez. Jonathan Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vânderson Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Xavier in the 23rd minute of play forced Vista Alegre FC's goalkeeper Pedrão Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vânderson Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Paulo Renato Dracena hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Mete Gøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrão Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidnei Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Sarmento having to interfere. Flávio Montenegro hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

If Du Hong Hai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidnei Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes Vista Alegre FC got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Velloso. In the 57th minute of the match Sidnei Xavier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedrão Sarmento skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Barros Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HollywooDogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barros Ramirez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Mac Fly replaced Mete Gøl. Vista Alegre FC's Pedrão Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barros Ramirez in the 66th minute of play. Cauan Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Barros Ramirez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrão Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Barros Ramirez sped through Vista Alegre FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedrão Sarmento. In the 95th minute, Barros Ramirez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrão Sarmento was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. HollywooDogs fully deserved thier win.
