Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) MAZER SAF's Yuri Alberto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adriano Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Anderson Ortiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Carneiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 9th match minute, Psiu! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Garro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. José Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Leonel Leão hit a great ball. Yuri Alberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but José Munhoz made a huge save. In the 18th minute MAZER SAF were awarded a corner. Leonel Leão went to the cornerflag to take it. MAZER SAF's Leonel Leão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but José Munhoz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Yuri Alberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Munhoz having to interfere. Adriano Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match Psiu! got a corner. MAZER SAF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chico Santana ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adriano Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Adriano Carneiro came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Psiu!'s Chico Santana. But to his dismay, Chico Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Psiu! were furious when Edgar Dziedelonis was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, José Munhoz, was totally fooled by MAZER SAF's Leonel Leão, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Psiu!'s Deilmison Robben got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Munhoz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Garro in the 44th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deilmison Robben to strike the kick off in the second half. José Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Garro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Alberto in the 57th minute of play. MAZER SAF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leonel Leão in the 59th minute. Thiago Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes Psiu! got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Schmidt. José Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Leão in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Psiu! booed when MAZER SAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Overmars didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Deilmison Robben came free, but Adriano Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Thiago Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, MAZER SAF's Rodrigo Garro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Munhoz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Amadeu Senna's late challenge caught a Psiu!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeu Senna helped the player get up and apologised. Amadeu Senna hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
