A sloppy throw-in by João Francisco Abreu in the 2nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Yücel Onursev. Válter Vaz made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Pedrinho Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Válter Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Jacuitiba - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chi-Chi Kent in the 14th minute of play forced IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s goalkeeper Sydney Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Chi-Chi Kent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sydney Bittencourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sydney Bittencourt came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Chi-Chi Kent. But to his dismay, Chi-Chi Kent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Jacuitiba - FSCMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡:s goal. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ:s Válter Vaz showed great skill when he stopped Wellington Montenegro:s penalty. The excitement rose when IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Wellington Montenegro after 33 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-2. When Chi-Chi Kent came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chi-Chi Kent couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wellington Montenegro to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Bittencourt having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Percy de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chi-Chi Kent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sydney Bittencourt having to make a save. In the 63rd minute, João Vítor Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. A collision led to IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Wellington Montenegro hit a great ball. Luiz Eduardo de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Sydney Bittencourt made a huge save. In the 78thth minute of the game Wellington Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Válter Vaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Eduardo de Souza struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Sydney Bittencourt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacuitiba - FSCMZ. Chi-Chi Kent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Sydney Bittencourt made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when João Vítor Vinhas came free, but Válter Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jacuitiba - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
