Pieter Lodewijks's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Francisco do Vale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mestre GG's Francisco do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Mestre GG from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Alagoano to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Östlund came free, but Francisco do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Miguel made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Gildo Sá sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enéas Fontes in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco do Vale saved Mestre GG from getting behind. Francisco do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Fontes in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Zeca Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Donatello. The audience was convinced that Roger Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco do Vale was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. SE Tijolo 6 Furos made a substitution. Nicolas Arósio replaced Roger Alagoano. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mestre GG's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernando Miguel made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Gildo Sá sent off a good shot on target. Gildo Sá was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Mestre GG's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fernando Miguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquinho Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
