After 3 minutes, Joélson Abreu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ and the Mestre GG players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Abreu to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Sergipano came free, but Chiquinho Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitório Campidelis got free with Francisco do Vale in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11thth minute of the game Oséias Orange who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mestre GG's Francisco do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Dedé Quirino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Francisco do Vale quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Oséias Orange who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Francisco do Vale when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho de Salles in the 18th minute of play. Oséias Orange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Adrianinho de Salles made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute Benjamim Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Orange came free, but Francisco do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Mangueira in the 39th minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Chiquinho Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Toninho Orange mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ and the Mestre GG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Francisco do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias Orange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Orange came free, but Francisco do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Manoel Paraense hit a great ball. Francisco do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Orange in the 60th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Oswaldo Dracena put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Mestre GG:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ:s goal. The audience was convinced that Vitório Campidelis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco do Vale was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Manoel Paraense hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 66th minute of play.
