When Zico Goiano came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zico Goiano couldn't finish the play. In the 6th match minute, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Maia to maneuver through the defense. Washington Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jackson Nascimento in the 13th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo Recife. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Goiano in the 22nd minute of play forced LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goalkeeper Washington Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Washington Cavalcante made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jackson Nascimento in the 30th minute of play forced LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goalkeeper Washington Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Paz came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Lotan Otto. But to his dismay, Lotan Otto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante got control of the ball when Enéas Fontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enéas Fontes in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Washington Cavalcante, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Enéas Fontes came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Washington Cavalcante could save by the left post. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Alagoano in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Alagoano was the one to do the kick off. Washington Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enéas Fontes came free, but Washington Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Bernardo Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SE Tijolo 6 Furos made a substitution. Pieter Lodewijks replaced Zico Goiano. Elivélton Moura was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in SE Tijolo 6 Furos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's João Vítor Meireles got a free kick in the 67th minute. João Vítor Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Zé Paulo Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Paulo Nunes was substituted for Jackson Nascimento. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Inácio Montenegro was substituted for João Vítor Meireles. After a rather tough play, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Kauã Antunes got a free kick in the 77th minute. Inácio Montenegro's late challenge caught a SE Tijolo 6 Furos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Inácio Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Roger Alagoano made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Washington Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inácio Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Leonardo Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Zé Paulo Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Paulo Ortiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martín Santillana came free, but Washington Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Washington Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martín Santillana went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. When Martín Santillana came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martín Santillana couldn't finish the play.
