The supporters of PRIMUS INC FC booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano Félix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio da Costa having to make a save. Caio da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 6th match minute, PRIMUS INC FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Matorin to maneuver through the defense. Jailson Lopez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vinícius Soeiro went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 11th minute, Gabriel Vidal made a precise shot to the right of Jailson Lopez. PRIMUS INC FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 18th minute, Gabriel Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jailson Lopez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Dinamite in the 23rd minute of play forced Abutres 2003 FDP's goalkeeper Caio da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Penha came free, but Caio da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PRIMUS INC FC's Jailson Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Soeiro in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes PRIMUS INC FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Geovani do Nascimento who took care of the corner kick. Abutres 2003 FDP's Caio da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Abutres 2003 FDP from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, PRIMUS INC FC's Gerson Penha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caio da Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Adriano Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PRIMUS INC FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Félix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Gabriel Vidal made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Chicão Ramos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jailson Lopez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gerson Penha hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Caio da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerson Coelho in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to PRIMUS INC FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Zé Paulo Rezende hit a great ball. Caio da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Dinamite in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Penha came free, but Caio da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Gerson Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PRIMUS INC FC and the Abutres 2003 FDP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jailson Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinícius Soeiro in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see PRIMUS INC FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
