Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Neymar Joinvilense took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Percy Cearense got free with Joaquim Amaral in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on BRASIL.Sp's corner Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joaquim Amaral quite easily take care of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goal looked a bit too open when Neymar Joinvilense came free, but Caio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes BRASIL.Sp's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aníbal Paulista who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Joinville City - FSCMZ's corner Aníbal Paulista fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Caio Penha quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Neymar Joinvilense in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thiago Catarinense lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Durval Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Joaquim Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Durval Meireles was the one to do the kick off. Joaquim Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durval Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Mats Hummels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, Percy Cearense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRASIL.Sp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 93rd minute Durval Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo José Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
