Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rencio Olozaga started the match with the kick off. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dre Schipmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Benito Laurin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Marcelo Gröhe made a huge save. Sport Club Mavericks's Marcelo Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rencio Olozaga in the 14th minute of play. Matias Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dre Schipmans in the 16th minute of play. Marcelo Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rencio Olozaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Paraíba in the 18th minute of the match. Dre Schipmans struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Matias Čech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Club Mavericks. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Matias Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Paraíba in the 26th minute of the match. Laércio Paraíba took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Čech. Matias Čech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 34th minute of the match ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a corner. Sport Club Mavericks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Paraense ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sport Club Mavericks's goalie and right to Alisson De Gasperi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sport Club Mavericks's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 38 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rencio Olozaga.

Sport Club Mavericks made a substitution. Vítor Perez replaced Renan Tepedino. Sport Club Mavericks's Luizão Lima was substituted for Laércio Paraíba. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luizão Lima to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Sport Club Mavericks's Dre Schipmans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matias Čech. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. 0-3 became the score in the 61st minute when Luizão Lima elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Rencio Olozaga came free, but Marcelo Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dre Schipmans's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matias Čech firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 71st minute Rencio Olozaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dre Schipmans got free with Matias Čech in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th match minute, Sport Club Mavericks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Almeida to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rencio Olozaga in the 77th minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesare Maldini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Celsinho Capixaba threw the ball into play from the sideline. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Adriano Schmidt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Rencio Olozaga. But to his dismay, Rencio Olozaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Mavericks's Arnaldo Baiano got a free kick in the 96th minute. Cristian Paraense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 99th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Gröhe. Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Sport Club Mavericks supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sport Club Mavericks would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
