Imbituba - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Frederico Britto threw the ball into play from the sideline. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Stig Ahlbeck quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Vítor Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vítor Saraiva was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Clóvis Cabral capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Clóvis Cabral really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, Imbituba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis Cabral came free, but Vítor Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Britto made in the 47th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ezequiel Lara. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Clóvis Cabral made the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Lionel-Andrés Iniesta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 62 minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rüknettin Aysan who took care of the corner kick. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Rüknettin Aysan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vítor Saraiva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Valeh Cerda fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s protests and gave Valeh Cerda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeh Cerda to maneuver through the defense. Sune Rudberg made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Guilherme Souza sent off a good shot on target. Clóvis Cabral might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vítor Saraiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clóvis Cabral ran back to his position shaking his head. Vítor Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Cabral in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Imbituba - FSCMZ's zone, Clóvis Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Saraiva came out of the goal and Clóvis Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute Clóvis Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Clóvis Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Saraiva. Imbituba - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clóvis Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Cristian Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Guilherme Souza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sune Rudberg, 7-1. 80 minutes into the match, Imbituba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Clóvis Cabral came free, but Vítor Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
