Patricio Telesforo charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Telesforo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, eDp! Gaming FC's Patricio Telesforo got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de La Plata's Esteve Pueblo got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Estudiantes de La Plata's Marcos Bilintx dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Gaudencio Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Kepa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Barco during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Estudiantes de La Plata got a freekick which was hit by Joel Barco. The supporters of eDp! Gaming FC booed when Estudiantes de La Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Telesforo struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Nicolas Kepa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for eDp! Gaming FC. Norberto Gutxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteve Pueblo during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Estudiantes de La Plata getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Esteve Pueblo hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Estudiantes de La Plata's Albino Viviano was substituted for Marcos Bilintx. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogelio Sotil made a kick off. Norberto Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Sotil in the 53rd minute of the match. Norberto Gutxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Viviano in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes eDp! Gaming FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Evarado who took care of the corner kick. Norberto Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Estefan in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to eDp! Higinio Harriet hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Rogelio Sotil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norberto Gutxi. eDp! Gaming FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Sotil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Gaudencio Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Gaueko during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaming FC's Norberto Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Estefan in the 73rd minute of play. Norberto Gutxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Estefan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the eDp! Gaming FC defense, Albino Viviano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norberto Gutxi. The eDp! Gaming FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norberto Gutxi should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd match minute, Estudiantes de La Plata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Poz to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Harriet struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Rogelio Sotil scored 4-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Gutxi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaudencio Johans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Nicolas Kepa made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Estudiantes de La Plata could leave the field as winners, despite eDp! Gaming FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
